Just noticed this one... I guess it's a new item.

http://www.creative.com/products/pro...&product=10769

Price is $129.99 (pre-order only).

It's hard to tell what all of the potential I/O ports are...can't really even tell for sure if there's an internal headamp. Looks like it must have some kind of octopus cable for connections, but can't really tell for sure.

Anyways, just FYI

Looks very nice! but will most likely suck for music alone if it's based on the same DAC, ADC and DSP which upsamples everything to 48 kHz before making a pseudo-resample to higher sample-rates. I'm just guessing it will be the same (knowing Creative, it wouldn't be named Audigy 2 ZS if it was superior in any way to the desktop A2 ZS)

This doesn't look good, however:

Quote:

Minimum System Requirements
Intel® Pentium® III, Mobile Pentium® III, Pentium M, Celeron - 1.2 GHz, or equivalent AMD® processor, or faster
Intel, AMD or 100% compatible motherboard chipset
Microsoft® Windows® XP (SP2) or 2000 (SP4)
256MB RAM
600MB of free hard disk space
Available Type II CardBus slot (PCMCIA slot)
CD-ROM/CD-RW or DVD-ROM drive required for software installation
Headphones or external speakers (Audio will not play through built-in notebook speakers)

1.2 GHz is much just to run a soundcard and 600 MB required space is just perverse!

Nice find... it will be great for gaming and the like and movies for sure!
