Just wondering what bud replacements you recommend for my SlimX. The headfi forum recommends the Senshieser MX500 budds.
I am looking for the something with that kind of sound quality that has the behind the ear clips and are budds.
I have used KOSS The Plug, which is great for base and isolation, but they will fall out if I'm running or active. Same with the iriver buds. Wearing cans or over ear types are no good when your sweating. I have a pair of behind the ear bud clips now but they're only good for listening to audio books. I like the comfort of them, and it's not too invasive when you're working up a sweat exercising.
I have seen jvc and philips brands in these clip styles, can anyone comment on what they found best for comfort and sound?
Here's some other items I have researched recently, particulary comparing the specs of hi rated phones on headfi.org with other alternatives like jvc, phillips, and aiawa.
Mind you, I have read that the freq resp range may not matter a s much when listening to MP3's as anything below 50Hz is not heard due to the compression. That being said , any comments on some of the buds I've found below?
