actually...as much as I hate to recommend something from one of the electric toothbrush/vcr/home audio companies, the philips SBC-Hp890 would do the trick for you. Out of all the qualities you mentioned, it has em' all...comfort, clarity.etc. Not to mention you will save $$ not needing an amp.
