Hey all, I'm looking for new IEMs. The best headphones I've ever owned were the HFI-780. I'm looking for a similar IEM that has punchy bass that's good for heavy music like dubstep, metal, grindcore, deathcore, etc. My budget is around $200. I'm looking at the SA6, X10, and IE7, but I've seen used Westone 3s and SE530s around here being sold for the same price. Which should I get?

But that doesn't explain which one to get and why. And the IE8 is too expensive, my budget is $200.

I just ordered brand new IE7's on ebay for 70$ .

If possible, you want to audition the phones, especially when you're going for the higher end. There are no tips and suggestions that could substitute your ears.
I auditioned the SA6, W3 and SE530, seem to remember that SE350 had really mushy bass. Just my opinion though.

Were they real? There's a lot of fakes, I don't want to risk it. I'm not talking about selling IEMs either, I want to buy a new pair and noone's recommending which one to get.

W3, SE530 are Highely recommended and these are very detailed IEMs with great punch in low end and they sound good with all genres. If you want fun warm rich sounding yet detailed then C3 and IE7 are great choice.
