Need Help with GoDaddy FTP Accounts!

Does anybody have any familiarity with GoDaddy? I have a hosting/domain service I've been using from them, and I want to add another account to my FTP server so that another user can access the site with more limited restrictions (write/execute abilities turned off on some directories). However, when I entered my account's control pannel, I could not find any way to add a new account. Can anyone help me out here?

Never mind. I just found out that GoDaddy has 24 hour customer support (convenient), and they told me that what I want is not possible (inconvenient).
