I generally recommend avoiding anything that you can't see and touch yourself, I don't want to get caught in between things if someone ends up with a poor quality or defective item.

If a product is available on Ebay and international websites, the buyer gets international protection, would stick to that...

Ended up taking a look at what @JiWeng needs to do, the seller is about 600km away from me so I can't help directly in any way
