My father used to have an orange colored record with two native Americans on it, around the 60s  or 70s... That's all I could remember. Does anyone know a record that look like that?

Was it a "picture disc" where the vinyl itself was orange and do you mean pictures of the the Native Americans were actually on the playing surface of the LP?
 
Or did you mean to say that the paper label in the center was orange -- that the Native Americans were depicted there on the paper?
