Need help in deciding whether to go for Denon AH-D320 or not?

I saw Denon AH-D320 on sale at 50% discount (The originals costing INR 7999) I'll be listening to them on my iPod Touch 4th Gen, i don't have any portable amplifier either(I am planning to buy one though). Also my line out port on the iPod haven't been working properly(I searched online and they told me to use compressed air as their might be some lint and dirt in there). Can i use Fiio L11 to play music directly to the headphones?

Has anyone else heard it or bought it? I still have my confusion over whether I will find much difference if I use an amp.
 
And about the amps, which one do you suggest? I have my eyes on FiiO E6, E11 and Digizoid ZO2.3 along with LOD
