Ok you guys, I've given you a couple of daze to recoupe. And I've checked out your great photos and read you comments,.. but what's your take on the best or seeing that the Single Power Es1 is going to be top dog for a while, second best electrostaic amp? There were a few hints at where the McAlister stood in the es race but was the Woo es amp there and was there anymore info about McAlisters intention to upgrade their amp. Were there any other es amps with promise there. How did the Egmont sound? Was the Sig version there? Any Blue Hawaii or KGSS owners that can compare the sound of what was there to what they have? ( Was Headamp absent? ) Whatever,.. looks like it was a real orgie of headphonemanics. I sure hope that the industry takes notice of the excitement that this meet created. Maybe it will put a fire under their narrowminded butts to send a little more green down to the r&d guys devoted to headphones.
