My Zen Micro Touchpad is SCREWED!

Yes, i am a big Zen Micro fan, but my touchpad is broken.
Everything will work okay when i touch it, but the back button requires extra work to get going and the play/pause button does not work at all

this sucks! i love my zen!!!

im gonna try charging it-- see if that helps
