I’m not contradicting that, it may well be the case. Regardless though, the assertion of “high speed”, intentional or not, is not untrue as far as this cable is concerned.

Yes, myself and most others would take your point about how electrons are "high speed"....just thought I'd add my 2 cents about current "high speed" digital cables. Haven't found as much issues with HDMI and whether they can carry the latest bandwidth for 8K/4K 60. But I have very much had to buy certain USB-C cables now for charging a MacBook M3 Max to having a thunderbolt 3 SSD external drive because it's 3x speed of a USB 3.1 SSD (because its USB is not dual channel for USB spec, and favors thunderbolt).
