my logitech z213's sound TERRIBLE?

for my gaming PC's speakers, i have a logitech z213 system that has a 4 inch sub, and 2 tweeters.
 
THEY SOUND HORRIBLE.
 
the sub's bass is not enough, it doesn't vibrate anything. and the tweeters, the vocals sound so washed out when i listen to rap music! the only thing i can hear is all the high frequencies and barely any mid-range. everything gets washed out by my subwoofer. the tweeters aren't loud enough and i just need a cheap replacement. can anyone help?

THEY SOUND HORRIBLE.

Of course they do. They are a $30 computer multimedia set. If you want good sound, gotta save your money
