Music similar to "waltz for the moon in FF8"?

after listining to "waltz for the moon" by Nobuo Uematsu, i fell in love with it.

is there anything else like it?

Well, there's "Love Grows", "Julia", and of course "Eyes on Me", which are all (rather major) variations on the same song from FFVIII...

"Waltz for the Moon" is my favorite one though, and probably what I'd consider my favorite song from a video game (and that's saying quite a lot, actually)

For recommendations for game music... it'd be a long list. Let me get back to you on that. ^^

Waltz for the Moon has a feeling I associate with most Joe Hisaishi scores, check out Laputa : Castle in the Sky OST and Spirited Away OST.

Btw, the piano version is really good

Well, it's hard for us to know what songs will make YOU happy...

Fast-paced concerto/waltz type songs aren't terribly common... the only thing that actually came to mind is Yukino Miyazawa I (Concerto), from the Kare Kano (His and Her Circumstances) Soundtrack Act 1.0.

just heard Pray, another song from the FF seires of amazing music, love it!

I also like High Wind Takes to the Skies and The Man with the Machine Gun,

gonna see if i can get a version of the FF music when i go to china, hk this yr
