I got a tip on another forum and thought I'd give it here in case it was not seen by readers here.
It's the 96khz/24bit Store at HDtracks.com
In this store, you can get some really very high quality recordings to listen to from your computers. I've personally already bought a few of these albums in flac format and the sound is simply stunning. A must have from my POV is 'The Ultimate Demostration CD Vol.2'. This one has a variety of tunes from different artists, each intending to demonstrate different qualities in musical recordings and which are intended to demonstrate your setup's current strengths or weaknesses. You'll need a 24bit DAC to maximise on the full potential of these recordings.
I can't wait for my ultra micro stack to arrive so that I can test them on these recordings. All the better that there's a delay anyway since I can get acquainted with their sound on my current setup (already pretty terrific as it is)... I can then better appreciate the improvements.
