andrezjpw: If you want, I believe Kevin has ExpressPCB layout files for the dynamic amp; we're currently working on a layout for the discrete electrostatic amp. (I'm doing the Eagle layout, he's doing the ExpressPCB one)

I got tubes for the Morgan Jones today. Amperex 6DJ8's and have tracked down a transformer at Tubesandmore.com #P-T269JX. Now to find a nice enclosure, maybe the Hammond 1455?
