Im looking for some R2R ladders of good quality, I want to buffer whatever construct anyway, so the resistors will do just fine. The thing im looking for is some tips on R2R IC's manufacturers places to have a look to buy. I can use datalines to save on multiplexers. Also the 16 bits components look great on my peice of paper.
 
Any tips would be great
