Monkey Banana Gibbon 5 Near-field Monitor?

Just bought 2 of these for music listening at home.
Did not impress me right out of the box. They are bass monsters for the size, and were also too coloured in highs for me.
Spent almost an hour with my best known music, twisting the knobs for low and high frequencies, ended setting down by 3db each. That tweak returned the sound profile I expected and revealed more details in the mid, which were a bit hidden from the start.
After tweaking these monitors are amazing, very detailed, punchy and musical. I can totally recommed Gibbons 5 for rock and electronics.
