Hello. I'm looking for an MMCX bluetooth adapter that doesn't suck (I see a lot of 'hiss' complaints) and don't shake off easily. I'm leaning towards the cabled versions for this reason. If they're lightweight that would be an added plus as I only need them to last for maybe 4 hours maximum and the heavier they are the more likely they will fly off.

Most of the ones I see seem designed for people who are glued to their seat.

Any suggestions?

I've had the Shure TW1's for a few years. I am very happy with them. They stay in place when I use the rowing machine at the gym. No hissing even with very low impedance IEMS.

The only issue I have is that when making a phone call audio is only through the right channel, but this not a significant use cases for me.
