Came across the MintyBoost battery-powered USB charger for iPods and other small electronics devices such as cell phones today:

ladyada is a friend of mine; she's cool and does an excellent job with her kits. Highly recommended.

Also check out her x0xb0x, a Roland 303 and totally awesome.
