I have just downloaded Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and so far i dont think much of it, its slow and harder to use than Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.

Anyone know a good way to get rid of it from my computer??

You should be able to remove it with Add/Remove Programs like anything else, shouldn't you?

Not certain on that since I refuse to corrupt my personal machine with it. I've used it on the testing box at work and it's absolutely hideous - still not standards-compliant even after 6 years. Bloody shame.

It is so integrated with Media Player and other MS software that I would not do this. Have you tried using the System Restore? Make sure you've got a good restore point first, though.

Oh and except for certain web sites, Firefox is so much more useful
