Is there any way to hook the MG Head to speakers? I tried using a headphone cord to connect to a speaker but no sound came out. Just curious if there is a way to do this.

Yesand no...

Speakers are a much different animal than headphone drivers and require a LOT more voltage swing and current.

You could use the MG Head as a preamp but you would still need a dedicated speaker amp to drive the speakers.

I would be willing to bet you sound did come out it was just not audible from where you were setting.

I wouldn't really recommend trying it again though as the strain could fry the MG. I don't think a quick plug in would hurt anything mut keeping the speakers attached might strain the MG beyond it's limit and could do some damage. i'mnot an EE though so I'll defer this to someone who really knows.
