So I have a maverick audio D1 plus with upgraded chip and Raytheon tubes coming in the mail and I want to hook up my 1980's Sony turntable to it but I need a pre amp or an older receiver that has phono input.


Suggestions ?

$150 give or take

Or is that to much I don't know

Also Ouse my hd 598's with it almost exclusively

I don't know much about phono preamps. The guys over at AVS in this 2 channel audio forum often help people with choosing one (lots of vinyl enthusiasts there).
