Maturity has different sides for many people. For example, you may see a person who appears to be very mature and proper in society. But when you really get to know that person, you realize that he or she may be very childish when dealing with stress.
Or you may see an immature guy who acts like a 15 year old Beavis and Butthead but when it comes to hard times and stress, he may actually show leadership like a distinguished middle aged man.
Some people act very adult in some perspectives of their personality and behavior while childish in other parts of their behavior as well.
So yeah, I believe maturity levels has different sides for many adults. I'm not saying it's bad to be immature.
Picasso once said that it was his goal in life to be like a child.
