Master & Dynamic MW07 Plus tips and wings reqs (might go for other brands as well)

Hello. I am just looking for recommendations from other owners of the MW07 Plus. Trying to find a balance between sound and comfort. I have a couple types of Comply tips, a couple pair of Spintfits, Symbio tips, and Sony Triple Comfort (they fit the M&D's rather well). So tried everything but I tend to get loose fitting buds with the medium wings (which causes the seal to break and the sound to be crap) and pain with the large wings. I typically go with the pain since the bad sound it more annoying. Anyone tried anything that might help balance this out? Are there any other wings that might fit these buds? Or tips that might help? Thanks.

Been looking at the Far End Gear Budlocks but haven't done it yet. I don't think they will fit.
