Luxman U-100R I can't find reviews or specs.

I'm looking for some info, reviews or owner opinions on this piece. I had read on PS Audios forums that a USB converter would help my Digital Link III DAC. Not that it sounds bad, just thinking my computer is the weakest link. I want to have the best possable signal (within reason ) feeding the DAC. I have JRIVER on a Dell XPS with 12 gigs of ram and downloading from HD Tracks. I use a 5 meter Audioquest Carbon USB, Audioquest Columbia interconnects from Digital Link III to PS Audio headphone amp and Senn. HD 650's. I'm really not into computers that much but I see where music is heading. Any help or advice would be welcomed.
