Luxman DA-200, would it completely destroy my M1DAC + M1HPA combo?

Anyone here with even some experience from those three? Luxman's DAC is supposedly pretty good, but would the amp section be superior to M1HPA? Just calculating my options here... I'm really in love with my current setup, but this is head-fi.
