Use the primary line out jack, they don't have a seperate headphone jack. A 32 ohm load should be no problem. That's what I use at work (Audiogy 2, 32 ohm phones) and it works fine.
You can also make a new line-out for headphones (and place it on the front of the PC case) by following these instructions. This output from J1 is the same with original Line-Out 1 found from back of the Audigy card.

I think it's just shared from "Line-Out 1" (as you can see from the instructions, you can make a connection in the way, "Line-Out 1" from the back of the card is muted when "Headphones" are connected).
I have it just shared between "Headphones" and "Line-Out 1" on my Audigy 2 OEM comp. I get exact same signal level from both these outputs.
BTW: Live! 24-bit has the same connector onboard. Are you thinking ...
Yeah,thats exactly what i was thinking............and what i did.No luck !
I still have an analog dead sound card.I only get Sound from the right channel and the cards running real HOT !
I'm waiting on my new soundcard. I'll be running its RCA outs(which I assume are line-outs?) to my SM3 amp.
I've never thought about this, but line-outs on DAPs bypass the volume attenuator/amp & any EQ to get a clean signal.
Now on a PCI soundcard can the volume and EQ still be used as they're digitally done by the computer and not necessarily degrading the signal.
I know amplification is a completely different animal.
