So I'm willing to give up some sound quality for going wireless. What I loved in the PK2 was the wide mids. My goold ol' Audio Technica AD700 headphones are the same. I'm not particularly looking for heavy bass or treble.

Price range is about $100-150. Any recommendations will be appreciated!

I asked something similar here, but did not get much help, so I asked Chat GPT. Just did it for you. Play around with Chat gpt and you will get further I think.

Top Picks Based on Your Preferences

  • Closest to Yuin PK2: Final ZE3000 offers a neutral and detailed sound with a wide, airy soundstage, mirroring the PK2's natural mids and airy presentation.
  • Closest to ATH-AD700: Nothing Ear (2024) provides a bright and spacious soundstage with sparkling highs, resembling the AD700's expansive audio experience.
  • Best Value with Advanced Features: Anker Soundcore Liberty 5 combines adaptive ANC, LDAC, and Dolby Audio at a competitive price point.

I just got some Sennheiser Momentum 4 ear buds on eBay in open box condition for under $100 each and couldn't be happier. They have preset eq profiles, but I like the stock settings. I've had the Momentum 2 and 3, and these are the best so far. Woot.com has the Momentum 3 for $99 brand new. I got two pairs of them a while ago also for gifts. They might be in stock, changes there pretty frequently.

Thanks guys. Maybe I should have been more careful in how I terms what I'm looking for: I want small earbuds, not IEMs and not over the head.

I asked ChatGPT, BTW, and it couldn't find me exactly what I wanted (simple design, sound like ATH/PK2, price of about $100). In general, I'm not sure it's able to handle so many parameters at once, but this is OT.
