Looking for some all around headphones.

I haven't gotten any speakers yet... Still decided on an amp / dac for my headphones... I'm thinking of getting the Magni 2 / Modi 2 Uber Stack. And I also might get bookshelf speakers.... What are required for bookshelf speakers besides an amp? Also any recommendations on bookshelf speakers / amp would be great.
