Anyone know where I can get some files to play through my squeezebox that are just different frequencies?  I have some nasty holes in the lower frequency range in my listening room and I would like to pinpoint them and try some different speaker placement.

Google pitch generator, tone generator and frequency generator. There are freeware programs you can get.

Thanks, I found similar programs but I was hoping to find actually mp3 or flac files that can be loaded into my media server and played through my squeezebox.  My computer rig is separate from my home stereo.

A continuous glissando will work better. You need to identify very narrow spikes. Fixed tones won't give you enough of a range.
