looking for (Custom) IEMs with good noise isolation and high comfort when wearing them for 10+ Hours

Hi,
 
im looking for new IEMs that
a) have a good noise isolation
b) are comfortable to wear for long periods of time (8-12H /Day as i travel a lot and im also working a lot in noisy environments)
 
 
Im currently using M6 PROs and SE215, depending upon the music im currently hearing. 
Im mostly listening to Trance and other electronic music. But i also hear some pop and Rock.
 
 
 
Im willed to spend a few hundred Euros.

Instead of going directly for new customs, maybe use the money to reshell ur current iems if u like their sound.

Ciems are really expensive and they dun have much resale value as u nid to take into account the buyer's reshell costs etc.

Demo if possible for ciems around ur price bracket and then decide from there if u still wan customs.
Sq equivalent customs can be had in universal form for much less and if the right tips are used might be only slightly inferior in isolation and comfort.
Or maybe u could get custom earplugs to see if u like customs?

i doubt thats its worth reshelling them as they are rather cheap. 
 
Also i have nearly zero expirience with audioequipment at all (im more a IT-Nerd).
