hi,
i'm joining cos i've seen lots of DAP reviews on here in the past and i thought someone here may be able to help me. i bought a shanling M1s last july and the battery seems to have packed up. as it is under warranty, i have called this in with the seller and now shanling say that it can be repaired without charge but i will have to send it to china at my own expense and that there may or may not be potential duties to be paid, tho they are very vague on this subject. i would be sending it from the uk.

does anyone here have experience of dealing with sending stuff to shanling for repairs? if so, how did that pan out for you? were there extra costs involved? how much were they? i'll make it clear now: i'm not going to repair it myself and i'm only asking for answers to this specific question, from people who've had direct experience with this company.

thank you for yr help
