Long shot - does anyone know if there's a readily available replacement for the Sabaj D5 display?

Sabaj support is non-existent (I had an issue with a different Sabaj product; contacted support and 8 months later am still waiting for a response) so I will have to fix this myself, if possible. Is the LCD used a common OTS component and, if so, does anyone know the model number or how to acquire a replacement?
