latencymon (pinpointing dpc spikes to specific drivers in Win7/Vista`)

Thuantran pointed out in the D100 a tool for Win7/vista users to pinpoint DPC problems to specific drivers without installing the Win7 SDK and using the perfmon tracing and jumping through manual tracing and interpretation hoops.

I.e. you'd generally run it after you notice the DPC spikes.

I thought it's worth pointing out the tool again, since it's useful and easy to use/provides pretty unambiguous results in most cases.
