Labtec Elite 840's

I got a pair of Labtec Elite's a while back.
Not really quite the headphone audiophile yet but i've gotten alot in the audio industry it's self.
What do u guys think about these headphones.
I bought them years ago, and frayed the wire, and decided to take them out and repair them.
