Hi,
I've recently bought some ZS10 Pro-X IEMs and I am getting constant static noise and hiss. I have used them with a wide range of devices from my Motu 828ES interface in my recording studio to a Midas MR12 digital mixer, iPad and iPhone. I get this noise with all of these devices. I also have a higher quality 16 core copper oxygen free cable and I have just bought a second pair of KZ ZS10 Pro's and I still get the same noise trying these!?
I've also noticed I get this on noise but at a much lower level with my Shure SE215's but I don't get it when using my Beyer DT880pro, DT770 and even my cheap OneOdio headphones.
One thing I will say is the KZ ZS10 Pro-X are a massive step up from the SE215's in every area :-
- Sound Stage
- Clarity and detail
- Separation of instruments
- Depth of bass
Any idea why I'm getting this static noise and hiss with my IEM's? Is there a solution or cure for this?
I'm really hoping this can be sorted as I don't want to go back to having to use my SE215's anymore!
