Know of a good Bluetooth over-ear with Velour pads comparable to the HD558?

I love my HD558s, the quality and the velour pads are perfect for my application - except now I'd like to get one with Bluetooth capabilities for all those devices that stopped supporting analog jacks (apple..cough). Anyone know of a good set?

Honestly I'd just use the dongle if you're referring to the newer iPhones. I highly doubt any Bluetooth headphone will use velour pads similar to your 558. Bluetooth headphones are typically marketed and designed for public use. That being said, leather or similar material dominates the list of earcup materials because of its superior isolation properties. Velour seems to be reserved for headphones dedicated to at-home listening, with the one exception that I know of, being Beyerdynamic headphones.

I was afraid of that - and unfortunately reinforces what I've been looking at. I guess I was just hoping someone would have a genius idea or something :)

I'd even be happy buying different cups if they were offered (I'm looking at possibly ath-ws99bt with brainwavz velour cups, but I'd have to sacrifice sound stage and ear space and who knows what else).

Wouldn't it be perfect if they made a super-small BT->analog adapter that would slip into the plug? That would be awesome! The smallest I can find would dangle ridiculously.
