Good day. Bill from KS. Longtime hi-fi hobbyist. I've been a member for many years but find I cannot reset my password. Tried entering username, email address, going through capcha bs and clicking reset. I'm told to wait for an email with instructions. Nothing. Was able to open a new account, but what happened to the old one?
