Hey guys - weird bug here. I’m using the Lampizator golden atlantic, which is a rather expensive tube dac.

The problem I’m having that started recently is that every so often (every 30 mins - few hours) the sound will cut out. It still shows that it’s connected to the pc and acts as though it’s playing fine, and the only fixes are changing the bit rate, disabling/enabling windows applications to use it, turning it off/on, or disconnecting and reconnecting it.

I don’t have this audio issue on my normal headphone ports.

Anyone here ever have this issue?

Local files or are you streaming the music?

So it stops playback for both local files and streaming? Sorry, just want to confirm because I've encountered the streaming one on a different DAC.

Did you try another USB cable? If you're on Windows its CTRL+ALT+DEL task manager might show taxing CPU activity/spikes. Were there any recent software updates that you can roll back from? If not then reinstall the DAC's drivers. You can also start with reinstalling drivers. Order of suggestions doesn't really matter.
