I am looking for a decent MP3/CD player

I've never seen that MP3 CD player in person, but I think it's another of those cheap 'no-name' players designed and built by some unknown third-tier manufacturer. And if it's anything like what that same manufacturer had made (for brands such as Memorex), expect a lot of noise and hiss from its headphone-out - and somewhat grainy sound from its line-out.
