Is the dB output rating in Foobar2000 accurate?

For example, let's say I have +/-0.00dB set in the ReplayGain section (89.00dB), and am outputting through ASIO (this theoretically means the output path architecture is +/-0.00dB itself; feel free to correct me here please), then let's say I have the Volume Control slider in Foobar2000 set to -30.00dB. Does that mean my output is ~60dB at this point? I need this to be confirmed and factual as much as possible because I am dealing with Tinnitus, likely due to high-frequency hearing loss, at this time and I want to be listening to music at a "low-to-moderate" volume from here on out to minimize any further damage and hopefully assist with lowering or at least preventing the increase of Tinnitus symptoms. Honestly I have no idea how to compute actual dB level of output volume... I am doing the numbers as explained above and it seems fairly quiet but without being able to confirm........

Foobar can't measure how loud the sound is being reproduced by your analog equipment. You should invest in an SPL meter to measure the actual physical output.

The 89 db is not really an output rating. It relates to the standard by which replaygain is calibrated. It's practically impossible to compute the volume your system will put out. First you would have to calibrate your system with an SPL meter, and compare that number to 0 or 89 or however you want to think of it. You can rest assured that lowering the volume 4db in foobar will lower it 4db in the real world as well.
