Uses headtracking to keep the virtual speakers stationary when turning your head. You will also need to measure real speakers with the supplied in-ear-mics for optimal results.
I forgot there is also a method using a 3d model of your head to derive your personal HRTF, that can then be used by for example Virtuoso (software). But a lot of work to do. Also you need to know something about audio routing software etc. to get it all working.
