I bought a brand new CD -- Rubinstein Collection Vol 26: Chopin from Amazon.com (sold by Amazon.com not from any 3rd party seller). See the link below:

I have a strong feeling that what Amazon sold me is a pirated CD. The booklet is poorly printed. The ring of CD even shows a strange info text "CD-R 80 CWLHT-2144 E220”. It indicates this CD is made from CD-R. See the attached file.
I don't think BMG would ever manufacture CD Audio from CD-R. Any suggestion to verify if this is a legit CD from BMG?
