Is It True That MEElectronics M6 Durability/Defect Rate High?

Based on Amazon reviews, there seems to be a lot of people complaining.

Its just that Im from the Philippines, and warranty will be Hell(shipping is already expensive sending here, how much more getting it back there and then re-send here). Just wanna make sure before I buy(for gym/running).
