Please see photos below.[/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt]2.E9, E9i,A1 will use new packages which will be lighter ,easier and more environmental. [/size] [size=12pt]At the same time, it will save your more shipping freight. Please see photos below.[/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt]Note: the new package will be applied to E9 whose date of manufacture since [/size][size=12pt]January.2012 . But we need to run out the rest stock for E9i and A1, then arrange [/size] [size=12pt]to produce the new batch.[size=small]  [/size][/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt]3.All products packed with silicone band will be packed with 2 pieces of silicone band [/size] [size=12pt]in 2012 after all previous E11,E7 in stock are sold out.[/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt]4.E11’s battery will be changed to use new battery label, please see photos below.[/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt]5.There will be a little change on the design of E10, please see photos below.[/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt]6.We will use new naming rules to name FiiO's products ,using famous mountains and [/size] [size=12pt]rivers' name all over the world,for example ,E17 will be called ALPEN.[/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt]7.It’s difficult for us to make sure which version you will purchase from our agents [/size][size=12pt]because  [/size] [size=12pt]   there are too many changed models and it’s supposed that there are still some [/size] [size=12pt]   [/size][size=12pt]old version in the stock of our agent and FiiO.[/size] [size=12pt] [/size] [size=12pt] [/size]   [size=12pt] [/size]

Excellent work there!  If the new jack has no issues(with the new socket I don't see why it would), then the E10 will be a must buy again. 
 
I really appreciate your company's drive to continually improve.  It's one of many reasons why I'll continue to buy your products.  Keep up the good work!

I am confused by the E10 as you show the new model here but that is the one that I recently received and it had the much talked about jack issue so I have returned it.
 
Can you confirm for me that this is the "new" version talked about in the other thread, or will there be another newer model with resolved jack issue any time soon in the future.
 
I ask because I really like the E10 and I want to know whether I should buy a replacement straight away or wait for a revised model.

If you still worry about the headphone socket, it will be better to wait 2 months although I don't think it is necessary!

It is ok, don't worry about it, there are not any big change. only few E10's user report the noise from headphone socket. and it will not make any different in SQ, so just enjoy your music and thanks for your support.
