Impression #1

Sennheiser HD-25 I-ii

such a great headphone - fast and detailed - can't praise it enough especially the isolation

The soundstage is small and so close to you, I didn't listen to them for real long but fatigue due to the super narrow soundstage and over-the-top treble is quite expected, atleast to my ears! The overall sound balance was very nice on these with a slight treble tilt, I would say.

The DT 990 Pro out of the Tube Magic A1 - was the worst pairing - sibilance was so pronounced in some tracks and unlistenable at times. Even though the synergy was bad, some of the bass slam was sweet.

However on the flipside its soundstage remained the largest like the home of John Travolta.
