Hmmm... That woofer would require an amp rated to handle 4-ohm loads (in fact, I am guessing that its rated impedance is 4 ohms) - but my receiver advises against using speakers whose nominal impedance rating is lower than 8 ohms.
BTW, that 1024 woofer claims a 28-3500Hz response, but without that all-important dB tolerance rating!
And 2500Hz is still too low of a frequency to cross most tweeters at! In fact, many tweeters should be crossed over at 6000 to 8000 Hz for best performance.
