On Sunday, we managed to get our paws on the FABS IEMs from Germany
 

 
and the KEF M500 headphones.
 

 
We ran both sets of

'phones into: Computer > iUSB > iDAC > iTUBE > nano iCAN.

iDSD:
iPhono/iPad requires OEM CCK.
Android requires OTG (also subjecto the manufacturer as Android is not compliant with USB AC 2.0)
 
iCAN
has 3.5mm and RCA inputs so at home or out and about, the user just connects the audio outs.

I bought a unit of the iDSD from Stereo as I need the DAC function, I must say I'm very impressed with the sound I'm hearing. I'm still running on 16/44.1 so next will be to download some HD tracks....
