Anyone have any IEM recommendations for small / shallow ear canals? I have tried a few IEMs and tips but they always seem to stick out of my ear and the seal inevitably breaks. It always feels like the IEMs are on the verge of falling out of my ears, regardless of the tip size that I use. Foam tips are generally better but don't completely solve the issue.

The only IEMs that have I had luck with are the Apple Airpod Pros. The tips are pretty shallow and with aftermarket foam tips I don't have any issue with them staying in. However, it doesn't seem like there are any wired IEMs with a similar fit.

For reference, I have tried the moondrop Aria and Chu, as well as some KZ IEMs. I have also tried all types of tip sizes, two / triple flange, foam, etc. The tips with extra flanges have a more secure fit but irritate my ear canals.

I have considered going the custom tip route but, due to fit issues, I have never lived with an IEM long enough to feel like it is worth the investment.

Any help here would be much appreciated, thanks!

Maybe a bullet style like an Etymotic or Final.

Try these: Sony MH750. They are tiny, small as a fingertip, and they sound amazingly good for $15.

Unfortunately after the MH755 and the MH750 were hyped online, they got widely counterfeited. All the $5 ones you can find on AliExpress are probably garbage; I tried a pair and the only thing useful about them is the tips.

I have gotten real ones from the Ebay seller above, and other Head-Fiers have also said they are legit.

Downsides: they are hard-wired and one side is longer the other because the cord is made to go behind your neck, Japanese style. But if you break 'em, you can replace them for $15.
