I'm trying to decide on a new pair of IEM to use mostly with my ipod/X-Fi. I'm rather tired of how uncomfortable and lacking in bass my PMX200's are
Looking between the SF3 for $50, the Ex90LP for $40, and the CX500 for $69, which is the best buy for quality and comfort? I'm not opposed to spending more... I just found these on sale :}

I'll chime in here: I love my EX90's, especially after they've been modded. Quality has never let me down either. And my ears are notoriously hard to fit right. The EX90s fit extremely well with the largest size tips. And I can wear them for hours.
I never use my SF 3's, they just don't have the low end I like. The modded EX90s have a much more pleasing low end, and is more useful for my type of music.
As for the CX500s? Dont know. I like my CX300's, but they have some drawbacks as far as fit and ergonomics goes. I just dont find the fit (or sound) as good as the EX90's.
My vote: EX90.
